Collagen-ice cream with hyaluronic acid, vitamin C & organic silica

This is a super simple and good recipe for ice cream with avocado, collagen, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid and organic silica from bamboo! A good and healthy ice cream that contributes to beauty and health - from the inside and out!

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED

4 scoops of COLLAGEN - SKIN & HAIR COMPLEX™
2 ripe and organic avocados
400 ml organic coconut milk (full fat)
2 dl of water
1 tablespoon organic vanilla powder
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
1 dl organic coconut sugar
A pinch of sea salt
0.5-1 dl organic cocoa powder

THIS IS HOW YOU DO

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Put the mix in a bowl and place in the freezer for about 4 hours. After 4 hours the ice cream is ready to eat! If you do not want to make ice cream, you can eat the recipe as a pudding.
