Collagen balls for skin, hair and nails

This is a simple and delicious recipe filled with healthy ingredients! A good recipe for On-The-Go food, which you can easily take with you in your bag, as a snack, and which fills you up well when you don't have time to cook something small in the afternoon. Or when you just simply fancy something small.

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED

  • 8 scoops of collagen powder
  • 1 dl organic sweet almonds (60 g)
  • 1 dl organic cashews (60 g)
  • 1 dl organic oatmeal* (35 g)
  • 16 organic dates without seeds (120 g)
  • 3 tbsp organic strong coffee, cold (60 g)
  • 1 tablespoon organic coconut syrup (20 g)
  • 3 tbsp organic coconut oil (45 g)
  • 2/3 dl organic coconut flakes to roll the balls in (30 g)

THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT

Prepare the coffee and leave to cool so that it becomes cold. Mix the sweet almonds, cashew nuts and oatmeal into a coarse flour, add 8 scoops of collagen powder , and mix some more, pour into a bowl. Mix the pitted dates together with the coconut syrup, the coconut oil, and the cold coffee. Pour the mix into the bowl with the other ingredients and knead into a dough.

Make 20 balls and roll them in coconut flakes! Leave in the fridge for a while before serving. You can also roll the balls in sesame seeds or cocoa, if you like it better!
