Collagen balls for smooth skin and shiny hair
This is a simple and delicious recipe filled with healthy ingredients! A good recipe for On-The-Go food, which you can easily take with you in your bag, as a snack, and which fills you up well when you don't have time to cook something small in the afternoon. Or when you just simply fancy something small. The recipe contributes to:

THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED
- 10 scoops of collagen powder
- 2 dl organic sea groats* (105 g)
- 1 dl organic cashew nuts (60 g)
- 3 teaspoons organic licorice powder (8 g)
- 20 organic pitted dates (160 g)
- 2 tbsp organic coconut oil (30 g)
- 2 tbsp coconut syrup (40 g)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed organic lime juice (25 g)
- 2/3 dl organic coconut flakes to roll the balls in (30 g)
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT
A tip, before you start! Feel free to use a food scale, so there will be less mess if you weigh all the ingredients, instead of using measurements, before putting them in the mixer (place the mixer on the food scale)!
Mix the oatmeal and cashew nuts into a coarse flour. Add the licorice powder and 10 scoops of collagen powder , and continue mixing. Pour the mixed ingredients into a bowl. Mix the dates. Then add coconut oil, coconut syrup and the freshly squeezed lime juice, mix, and then pour the mixed ingredients into the bowl together with the other ingredients, knead into a dough.
Make about 25 balls and roll them in organic coconut flakes! Store in refrigerator.
